Run the numbers before you sign.
We’d rather win on arithmetic than adjectives. Here is what the market charges, what we charge, and how to judge any lead vendor, including us.
The same work, priced four ways.
| Where the money goes | What it costs | The catch |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise home-services agencies | $10,000–25,000+/mo | 12-month contracts, big-brand budgets |
| Full-service SMB agencies | $3,000–7,500/mo | Retainers billed whether ads run or not |
| Mid-tier marketing agencies | $2,000–2,500+/mo | One channel, slow creative refresh |
| Shared-lead marketplaces | $15–90 per shared lead | The same lead sold to 3–5 of your competitors |
| The Lead Machine | $699–2,499/mo flat | Exclusive leads, nurtured under your brand, tracked to booked work |

A Triangle-area rental brokerage running the same machine we sell here: paid social into an exclusive lead form, every lead routed and nurtured automatically. These are the account’s own numbers, pulled from the ad platform, not a case-study reconstruction.
source: meta ads insights, account lifetime through 2026-08-17 · lead count reconciled against the lead form itself · ctr here and on each ad is meta’s all-click rate; clicks through to the site are counted separately
our figure: meta ads insights, spend ÷ leads, same window as the numbers above · benchmarks: localiq facebook advertising benchmarks, lead campaigns, updated oct 2025
The actual ads that ran.
Not mockups. These are the live Meta creatives from the account above, each one carrying the delivery it earned. Click any ad to see it full size; the videos play with sound.
per-creative delivery from meta ads insights, same window · creatives that never delivered an impression are not shown · the $5.70 account cost per lead also carries the budget spent on ads that produced no leads, so it sits above the per-creative figures
Where our proof comes from.
Growth Marketing Strategy is a young brand, and we won’t decorate it with borrowed logos or invented testimonials. What stands behind the machine today: the 15-yr operator career of its builder, the delivery systems of our parent company gRO, this published flat-rate math, and the live account above. That account is run by gRO on the same machine sold here, and its numbers are quoted as the platform reports them, with the window stated. Every result we add will be posted the same way, with real numbers and dates.
How to judge any lead vendor
- Ask if the lead is exclusive. If they hesitate, it’s shared.
- Ask for cost per booked job, not cost per lead. Nurture is what moves that number.
- Ask who owns the ad account and audience data when you leave. The answer should be you.
- Ask what changes weekly. A quarterly-refresh account is a decaying account.
